We deliver all personalised digital products instantly/automatically via our zero-touch automation after receiving complete customization details (photos, messages, etc.) via the post-payment personalisation form.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pookie Wishes is not liable for any technical issues on the user's end or for any loss arising from the use of our digital products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
