Refund & Cancellation

1. Nature of Digital Products

Since Pookie Wishes provides highly personalised digital surprise websites, work begins almost immediately after order confirmation. Since these are personalized digital products, refunds are limited and subject to conditions mentioned below. No physical item will be shipped.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Before Submission: You can cancel your order for a full refund if you have not yet submitted the personalisation form (photos and messages).
• After Submission: Once the personalisation form is submitted, our automated system starts processing your site instantly. Cancellations at this stage are eligible only for a 50% refund.
• After Delivery: Once the final link is delivered to you, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Technical failure on our end that prevents us from delivering the product instantly after personalisation submission.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of placing the order (if form is not yet submitted). Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI) within 5-7 business days.

5. Revisions

We want your surprise to be perfect! We offer up to 2 minor revisions (text changes) after delivery for free. Major changes like template switching after production will be treated as a new order.
